Milk is a breakfast staple for good reason, but try whipping up these yummy alternatives now and then.

1. TOFU AND BERRY SMOOTHIE 
Whole soya foods are an excellent source of lean protein and have potent anti-cancer benefits. Tofu is great for young girls because it has a protective effect as their bodies and breast tissue develop.

Make it In a blender, combine 2 tablespoons of soft tofu, 1 tablespoon of oats, ½ cup of berries and 1 cup of milk.

2. OAT, HONEY AND BLUEBERRY SMOOTHIE
Get the best of all nutrients with oats for energy, honey for immunity and fruits for vitamins in the one drink. 

Make it Combine 2 tablespoons of uncooked oats, 1 tablespoon of honey, ½ cup of blueberries with 1 cup of soya milk. Blend until smooth. Add extra milk to make a thinner drink.

3. BLUEBERRY AND GOJI BERRY SMOOTHIE
Goji berries and blueberries are great for tired eyes and give an extra energy boost.

Make it In a blender, process ½ cup of blueberries, 1 teaspoon of goji berries, 1 tablespoon of Greek yogurt and 1 cup of milk.
